We are currently accepting qualified applications for a Information Technology (IT) Project Managementto support one of our Government clients at Hill, AFT UT
  • Assist in managing the technical, administrative and operations support of several critical weapons systems at DISA Ogden. Organize adjustments in work assignments to best meet the mission at DISA Ogden, and ensure duties listed herein are accomplished properly.
  • Assist in managing on-site IT projects and operations. Provide technical support associated with project management for IT and DoD and DISA and related agency operations regulations.
  • Assist in supervising, reviewing/evaluating, planning, and managing overall projects, work assignments, suspense deadlines and priorities.
  • Provide complete oversight for assigned IT projects.
  • Work closely with technical personnel to ensure work assignments on projects are met.
  • Be proficient in and track projects using Microsoft Project and Microsoft One Note.
  • Coordinate with and receive input from DISA supervisors and section chiefs.
  • Organize work assignments to best meet daily mission requirements for DISA Ogden, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate working groups comprised of personnel from other branches, divisions, and organizations to ensure work assignments on projects are met.
  • Prepare administrative reports for the COR based on extracts from various administrative and technical databases via the monthly status report.
  • Design and develop multi-media presentations for management use. Provide to the COR for review.
  • Participate in activities such as acquisition requests, data call, preparation and control of records, statistics and reports regarding project management.
  • Perform analysis and consultation on projects and work initiatives within DISA.
  • Prepare and present current project briefings to Ogden management weekly using the required project template. Update project status weekly in Microsoft One Note, as applicable, for the Ogden director’s weekly briefing to DISA senior leadership.
