Fidelity is currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our corporate Business Development team in San Antonio, Texas. As part of the engine that fuels the company's growth, the Proposal Coordinator will be expected to develop solutions, conduct extensive research, and establish relationships. The Proposal Coordinator will need to be a strong writer and excel at managing multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities And Duties
  • Proposal development and preparation, including technical writing and production
  • Comprehend and interpret solicitation and contractual documents
  • Format, edit, write and respond to proposals
  • Develop and provide marketing content as needed
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of printing, binding and delivery of proposals
  • Assist in developing and producing other marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, including collateral material and website content
  • Knowledge of and experience with government contracting requirements (FAR, FSS, GSA schedules, ID/IQ, DO/TO and BPA contracts). Sole source RFI's, RFQ's, and RFP's
  • Respond to proposal development in response to government issues RFP's for applicable service offerings
  • Must have Strong leadership qualities to include problem-solving, consensus-building, efficient time management
  • Monitor government lead and bid systems for solicitations utilizing e-Buy, Federal Business Opportunities, FEDBIZOPPS, and other reliable sources presented
  • Carry out projects on time and work with a sense of urgency
  • Format CVs, bios, past performance and project data sheets for proposals
  • Support preparation of business development meetings
  • Perform other administrative work as required
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe
  • Experience with proposal development,
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong editing skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, skilled in setting priorities and meeting deadlines, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Work well independently and in teams; proactive in anticipating work requirements and problem solving
  • Strong organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple
  • Experience working in a corporate environment preferred
