We are currently accepting qualified applications for an Account Executive to support one of our Home clients in beautiful Ft. Walton Beach, FL.
Our client is currently seeking an Account Executive responsible for effective new business development in the Ft. Walton Beach, FL area fostering new referral sources, intake, education, and coordination of home health services in the community and between physician offices, facilities (hospitals, ALFs, SNFs, Rehab) and the Agency. This position promotes and maintains a positive image of our client in the area served according to our client’s mission, philosophy and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate shall be driven, motivated and have demonstrated ability to build collaborative internal and external relationships. Excellent communication and people skills are required. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network of contacts in the healthcare community and prior experience in healthcare sales with a proven record of business development success and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare community, facilities, physician practices and other referral sources.

Job Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and physician, hospital, skilled nursing facility, case management and discharge planning needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Three to five years’ medical sales experience in the geographical market of employment.
  • Must be maintaining 15 or more qualified admissions per month
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the geographic market of employment.
  • Have reliable transportation.
